MGR Transportes, Lda. Is a family business founded on January 18, 1989 by Manuel Gonçalves Rosa, father of the current partners, Artur Jorge Rosa and Carlos Rosa, whose main activity is the general road freight transport service.

Since its beginning, the company has shown a sustained growth, based on a strategic vision of the business, assuming a privileged position due to the size it currently has, its responsiveness, proximity to the main clients and the fact that it is close to a main axis national road, the A28.

We currently manage a fleet of 15 trucks with an average age of 4 years and the entire fleet is renewed in accordance with the required quality and environmental protection standards.

The high quality of the services provided was recognized with the “Quality Certificate” awarded by APCER in November 2003, according to the Standard EN ISO 9001: 2008

In the future we intend to consolidate and increase the efficiency of the organizational structure, with the ambition of ensuring greater coverage of the Iberian market and betting on the quality and diversification of the services offered.

SERVICES

Our specialty is the transport of goods with main incidence in the Iberian market, with daily exits to and from Galicia, Asturias, León and Madrid. Although the services are directed to the Iberian market, we also transport to France. We work mainly with general cargo, but also carry out fractional loads, groupage and storage

FLEET

We have a fleet with capacity to satisfy all the requirements of our customers. Over the years, we have been constantly renewing the vehicles, which allows us to control expenses and reduce atmospheric emissions

The vehicles are equipped with the latest technologies, allowing greater security in the delivery of our customers’ goods, including GPS support that allows us to control in real time where the merchandise is and the estimated time of arrival at the place of unloading .
